REFRESHING KOREAN BANANA MILK Vegan Recipe
Korean Banana Milk! Have you ever tried it? We loved it from our non-vegan days, so we had to find a way to replicate this famous banana-ey flavoured milk and make it vegan. The ingredients are quite simple and it's super easy to make. So give it a try! Ingredients: 1 cup cold or frozen bananas (about 2 small bananas) 1 cup cold water 1 cup almond milk 1 tbsp lime juice 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar (optional) 1 tbsp liquid lecithin (optional)* 5-6 drops of banana extract (optional)** good pinch of salt Blend on high for 30 seconds and serve immediately. * Liquid lecithin gives the drink a nice smoothness but it is not necessary ** Original Korean banana milk has an artificial banana-ey flavour. We used banana extract to make the drink as similar as possible to the store bought stuff but it can be omitted. Please LIKE, COMMENT, and SHARE.
