This bowl obviously does not have any pork bones in it but it has the same creamy mouthfeel of tonkotsu ramen and its jam packed with umami. This was my first time making vegan ramen so I got a lot of help and it turned out great. I actually wouldn't mind eating this regularly, definitely feels healthier than real tonkotsu ramen which makes me feel like I need a nap after.
